Our team is a creative, close-knit group of talented audio post experts, sound designers, musicians, and mixers who help producers, creative directors, and filmmakers tell stories with audio.
Natalynn Nuñez
Director of Music Publishing & Licensing, Audio Post Coordinator, Engineer
Natalynn is a native New Yorker and a graduate of the Sonic Arts program at CUNY City College, where she studied music production and audio engineering. An experienced engineer, she has worked on a myriad of projects, including film, music, podcasts, and audiobooks. As a lifelong vocalist and pianist and an avid composer/songwriter, she has won awards from the National YoungArts Foundation, the ICCA Tournament, and the BMI Foundation, and she is the founder/lead singer of the NYC-based rock band, Velvette. She likes to spend her free time indoor rock climbing, trying new restaurants all over NYC, and traveling.
Erik Blicker
Partner, Composer, Producer
Erik Blicker began studying guitar at the age of 11. He began teaching music at age 16 and opened a teaching studio and music store at age 18. After receiving his bachelor’s in music from the University of Miami, he went on to earn his master’s degree from Aaron Copeland School of Music at Queens College. There he studied under jazz great, Jimmy Heath.
Blicker began scoring for small film and TV projects and playing in New York City bands. This paved the way for larger scale projects. He founded G&E Music in 1997 with partner Glenn Schloss. The duo began a run of TV series scoring projects. Some of these include VH1’s Top 100 shows, Extreme History with Roger Daltry, and ESPN’s Sports Center. In addition to these projects, the pair worked on film scores including The Nine Lives of Marion Barry for HBO.
With over 75 projects to his name, Blicker is a strong voice in the world of TV and film scoring. G&E rebranded to Flavorlab in 2004, adding partner Brian Quill. Blicker is also a Pro Tools master, audio mixing fanatic, and Mac guru. He takes most pride in his family. He’s grateful for and inspired by his parents Fred and Jeanne, his wife Jennifer, son Ryan, and daughter Ella.

Glenn Schloss
Partner, Composer, Business Development
Glenn Schloss is an award-winning performer, producer, remixer, and multi-instrumentalist. His extraordinary ability to create music that moves and inspires is universally recognizable. Glenn joined forces with partner Erik Blicker in 1997 to form G&E Music. Together, they have gone on to create musical alchemy for an amazing roster of clients including HBO Films, A&E, PBS, VH1, ESPN, and MSNBC among many others. Glenn’s compositions showcase a wide range of moods and emotions that support all types of content. His distinctive and innovative sonic approach brings stories to life and helps brands connect more deeply with their target audiences. In 2004, Glenn further expanded his musical footprint and co-founded Flavorlab, an audio post production company, together with Blicker and new partner, Brian Quill.
Before leaving his mark on the music world, Glenn received a Bachelor’s degree in business from Boston University’s School of Management. He honed his music proficiencies by performing on the east coast. In particular, New York and Boston, including gigs at Berklee School of Music and Harvard University. With a deep passion for enhancing people’s lives through music, Glenn spends his time leading modern day drum circles for people of all ages. He is particularly invested in helping patients with dementia and Alzheimer’s find joy through the power of rhythm.
