MEET THE TEAM
Our team is a creative, close-knit group of talented audio post experts, sound designers, musicians, and mixers who help producers, creative directors, and filmmakers tell stories with audio.
Erik Blicker
Blicker began scoring for small film and TV projects and playing in New York City bands. This paved the way for larger scale projects. He founded G&E Music in 1997 with partner Glenn Schloss. The duo began a run of TV series scoring projects. Some of these include VH1’s Top 100 shows, Extreme History with Roger Daltry, and ESPN’s Sports Center. In addition to these projects, the pair worked on film scores including The Nine Lives of Marion Barry for HBO.
With over 75 projects to his name, Blicker is a strong voice in the world of TV and film scoring. G&E rebranded to Flavorlab in 2004, adding partner Brian Quill. Blicker is also a Pro Tools master, audio mixing fanatic, and Mac guru. He takes most pride in his family. He’s grateful for and inspired by his parents Fred and Jeanne, his wife Jennifer, son Ryan, and daughter Ella.
Glenn Schloss
Before leaving his mark on the music world, Glenn received a Bachelor’s degree in business from Boston University’s School of Management. He honed his music proficiencies by performing on the east coast. In particular, New York and Boston, including gigs at Berklee School of Music and Harvard University. With a deep passion for enhancing people’s lives through music, Glenn spends his time leading modern day drum circles for people of all ages. He is particularly invested in helping patients with dementia and Alzheimer’s find joy through the power of rhythm.
